·       Specializes Child Care, Part-Time & Full-Time staff placement 
·       Maintain a safe, caring and developmentally appropriate early learning environment for children between the ages of 0 months to 12 years.
·       ECEs and ECAs will use centre philosophy, programs and policies to maintain and enhance a standard of care that contributes to a reputation of excellence.
·       ECAs will provide support in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
·       Engage children in spontaneous activities such as reading stories, singing songs and preparing crafts.
·       Participate in daily cleaning and disinfecting routines within the classrooms.

	 RECE’s: 
·       Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
·       Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
 RECE’s & ECA’s:
·       Current Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C)
·       Criminal Reference Check/Vulnerable Sector Check (No older then 6 months)
·       Health Assessment & Record of Immunizations (including Two-Step Tuberculosis)
·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·       Flexible, patient, professional, prompt and reliable attendance at work
·       Creative & enthusiastic
