Main Responsibilities:
Asphalt sealing, line painting, crack sealing on both commercial and residential properties
Ensure work is completed in timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Work in a variety of weather conditions
Provide service with flexible hours including weekends

Job Requirements:
1 year of experience in asphalt repair
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Maintain clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
