Arriving on time for scheduled shifts
Be on call for overnight shifts in Winter for shovelling & salting
Completing daily tasks in an efficient manner, such as: trimming, mowing, blowing, garbage collection,and seasonal tasks like salting and shovelling
Informing Team Lead of any client concerns and inquiries regarding properties you have worked on
Maintaining good rapport with clients and property owners
Contributing to team morale and camaraderie
Upholding and modelling 360BES values and work ethics
Completing daily tasks in an efficient manner, such as: trimming, mowing, blowing, garbage collection,
and seasonal tasks like salting and shovelling
Working on seasonal property maintenance projects, such as: building a fence or retaining wall,
tree and stump removal, and asphalt and parking lot repair
Attending training sessions on tasks and use of equipment
Requesting additional training from Team Lead, if needed, to stay on top of knowledge and continually improve skills
Informing Team Lead of any client concerns and inquiries regarding properties you have worked on
1st role needs: Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Next 2 roles need: Previous labour experience and familiarity operating general maintenance machinery (leaf and snow blowers, salter, etc.) Ability to do physically demanding work - must be able to lift 40+ lbs. repeatedly.
Motivated to work hard independently and as a team with a positive and professional attitude
Coachable and willing to learn.

Access to vehicle and clean drivers abstract an asset, but opportunities to carpool with other workers may be available or able to get to individualized worksites via public transit
Must follow health and safety polices including wearing PPE - steel toe work boots and any other relevant PPE required
