Cleaning work area; sanitation and hygiene --- mops floors at end of each shift
Use of wide variety of kitchen and food prep. tools
Assisting in the preparation of authentic Indian dishes; chopping, processing, spicing, moving, storing, mixing, and possibly packing of menu items
Rotating and telling cook to reorder depleting supplies and ingredients
Taking and processing of food orders via phone, virtual forums and in-person visits; relaying order details to cook and kitchen staff, if role develops

Standard numeracy and literacy to follow recipes or instructions in kitchen
Strong work ethic
