Job Description

Main Responsibilities: 1. Front Office Management: Welcoming visitors, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant and informative first point of contact. 2. Communication: Efficiently managing phone calls, emails, and postal mail, and drafting letters, reports, and newsletters. 3. Student Affairs: Overseeing administrative tasks related to pupil attendance and maintaining up-to-date electronic and paper records. 4. Resource Management: Monitoring school supplies, ordering necessary resources, and ensuring the timely payment of invoices. 5. Financial Administration: Managing financial records, banking cash, and ensuring accurate and prompt financial reporting. 6. Equipment Operation: Proficient use of reprographic equipment and other school-specific machinery. 7. Compliance: Regularly sending key educational data to the Department of Education or equivalent bodies as required. 8.
