- Specializing in T1s and T2s; taxation forms for filing and processing tax returns
- Booking and modifying assessments and appointments 
- Governing billing and service scheduling and invoice planning activity
- Managing follow-ups with clients; entering data and information into standard programs, such as MS Excel and QuickBooks 
- Organizing hard copy and digital files, with focus on collection of complete documents
