- Provide administrative assistance and complete a variety of requested tasks.
- Provide assistance on Laptop/ Cellphone setup, basic computer profile setup as requested by staff.
- Fulfill IT Inventory related support including research on cost/benefit on procuring, research on best available product within budget, procurement of new inventories, allocation of inventories, record keeping etc.
- Provide flawless communication to internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and clients using emails and/or phone calls as and when required.
- Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable experience would be an asset.
