Main Responsibilities:
Calibration & Repair work – cleaning, testing, calibrating, repairing laser alignment tool in our ESD qualified lab. This includes communicating with the customer and printing the certificates and stickers for each system that comes in
Rentals coordination – when the company (via Sales team or elsewhere) secures a rental contract with customer, that contract and the communication with the customer must be taken care of as well as the shipping to and from customer with all check lists adhered to
Shipping & Handling – receiving any shipments and coordinating through System Admin what comes in, where it’s from, and stocking it where it supposed to go, etc. and vice versa
Customer Database Management– contacting all our laser alignment customers in Canda to inform them of our services i.e., calibration, newsletters, rentals, alignment services, etc
Training – when you are not doing the above, you will be learning the products and how to use them in the field to get a better understanding of the features and benefits of each system
Achieve growth through the identification and development of new opportunities
Maintain high levels of customer service
Help contribute to company social media accounts
