Main Responsibilities:
You will be trained to obtain a client’s agreement on an Energy Audit, including training on
• Cold calling
• Identifying qualified prospects
• Following up on qualified prospects
• Obtaining customer agreement for an Audit that will identify energy savings
You will be trained to assist with:
• Order processing
• Accounts Receivable follow up
• Installation project Management
• Customer Service
Duties:
Marketing:
Collaborate to more effectively communicate with customers
Assist with social media campaign
Email campaigns, brochures, promotions. newsletters, announcements
Assist with website and content writing
Trade show event Support
Sales:
Find, nurture and secure customer relationships to increase revenue
Cold calling businesses and contractors
Follow up on lead, develop relationships
Project assistant:
Support installations to exceed customer expectations
Assist with site auditing, fill the auditing forms and energy analyst reports
Prepare government retrofit applications, fill the worksheets, prepare specs
Prepare projects proposal
Documents each projects and get referrals from customers
Administration:
• Track the payment of invoices and arrange payment on time
• Create files for new customers and maintain all the files
• Manage inventory to ensure records are accurate
Customer services:
Manage customer expectations
Greet customers, introduce products and services, demonstrate samples, provide quotes.
Response to incoming emails
Answer phone calls
Certificates Required: Drivers License
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required:
1 to 2 years Canadian experience
